If doesn't matter what you care about. I will keep posting what I feel like. It takes like a minute at most to post a new thread. This one took around 10 seconds. I am not concerned with having anyone care about me when I don't even know them.

You guys got some gags going on around here. That's okay. When I get good and ready I will go along with them.

You have a point about the tree huggers. It concerns me that anyone could get fanatical over someone driving on a road and driving a bit of distance off the road to a waterhole (ONE out of many) that pretty much dries up a few weeks after the rain is gone, while killing a handful of tadpoles in the process. It really concerns me that people that only know about the outdoors what they read about it in books are the main ones in office running things for the people who enjoy and interact with the outdoors... the ones who tread heavily, the ones who just do it responsibly, and the ones who really are featherweight boggers.

The point is not whether it was private property or not, and whether it was a puddle or a pond. The driver was irresponsible, and promoting that behavior is wrong.

I own a Jeep, and I wish I could take it off road more. I love to drink beer, and I love having my dog around running underfoot. Mixing those is irresponsible.

If a go-cart will go faster than an F1, why would they use an F1?

Are you talking about the entire circuit, or just the twisty bits?

There is the weight/power ratio of course, F1 cars are fast and made of the lightest materials designed to be used once and thrown away but whether they are more powerful proportionally than a go cart with a couple of engines strapped on i don't know.

Also, i think it is crazy how wasteful those F1 cars are, what wrong with makinng cars that you can race and can last?

And also the fact that F1 is all built to a regulation spec for engine size etc.
