Toshiba satellite pro c665 drivers

Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade my toshiba satellite pro c665 from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate..but I don't have the drivers and I'm scared that if I upgrade I might lose my bluethooth, webcam, etc..is there a patch file or something I can just run on top of the Windows 7 Home Premium and upgrade to Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate?

That type of upgrade doesn't affect drivers.
