Good afternoon Jef

Thank you for the warm welcome to Chicago, it was great to finally meet you and your wife. Also, you can now confirm that Mrs Wingy is real (she's now on her way home after quite a busy weekend shopping on the million dollar mile).

After you left, I opened my pants and my massive chopper filled the entire hotel reception area. The hotel was evacuated and the cops were called. They ended up throwing me and my filthy mansnake in to Lake Michigan.

Thanks man, really good to meet you both.

Hope this helps.

Wingding.

So what is his life expectancy following direct exposure to a Wingding?

Reply to audiovoodoo

He expired less than three minutes after our meeting.

Reply to WingDing

no doubt short, but given that he got to meet the legendary Mrs Wingy, he should die with a smile on his face

I'll bet that was, honestly, the first time Jef has seen Mrs. Wingy with her clothes on.

Nice to see you guys had a good time. I hope you downed a Coors in honor of the skinny one.

She did my VISA card some significant damage. Not to mention the cost of the 34th floor penthouse in the Sheraton Towers.

Glad you guys had a good time meeting up..... I got it muddled up..... I thought you were arriving today.... Oh well, maybe I can catch you next time....

HOLY CRAP!!! Thankfully I ran into Mugz in the afterlife, and he sent me back! That was a close one!!!

Wingy, it was a true pleasure meeting you, and it's good to know that there are good and decent people on the internet.

(now I just have to go find the rest of them)

I'll send you the promised items prolly later today. You can do with them as you wish.

I'm not going to the states any time soon. Maybe East from my position, but west is out of the question.

Hope this helps and lights up your day.

Reply to Vokofpolisiekar

Good to hear you two had a good time. Good luck finding many more good and decent people on the internet, they're few and far between as it is.

I'm not planning a visit to each and everyone on this forum, but there are a few I'd like to meet if the situations present themselves. I'm already talking with KingLotusFlower about a visit this summer, as I want to go back to the east coast, and make it to Fenway for a game.

When the missus and I go to Europe, I;ll let you guys know when and where I'll be. If we can work out coffee or a beer or dinner, cool. I'm not gonna plan my trip around meeting people, but I do hope it works.

I would love to meet Lottie, though.

You seriously wouldn't want to meet me, us inbred savages would probably shove you in a pot and turn your wife into a slave.

Jef, if you do Europe, Amsterdam is a must. It's also a given that I'll make that trip no matter what.

SS, what would be the point of shoving a Septic in the pot? We all know they have no taste.

Bring your drinking shoes. 90min ride, so that's 6-12 beers, a beer an inning, at least, then whiskey on the way home to "mellow" out. A stop in the Big Dig tunnel to hold up traffic while we piss is also mandatory.

We once arrived with 12min to go in the 3rd period of a Bruins game.

We can all have a nice fizzy orange drink then go to an evening church service.

Or we could check out the amazing Dutch architecture. I hear they have a fantastic loft conversion on display at this little terrace house.

Or we could throw the chimp in the canal and wee enthusiastically on him as he drowns.

Fcuk waiting about, when can do that in Manchester. Dublin to Liverpool flight FR444 is expected in at 18:05, I can have us both in Manchester by 18:40.

Wingy, what do you think of the Chicago weather? Is it cold enough yet? I haven't been outside in 6.5 hours, so I don't even know if the sun made it up!

Pretty good outside now, at least it's sunny. I haven't wandered outside the hotel yet though, so I expect it's still as cold as hell.

Went to Shaw's seafood restaurant last night, really had a good time. Even got a decent pint of Guinness.

The moral dimension is that I owe it to myself to retrieve some of my lost dignity. So please prepare for a thrashing.

Are you referring to his manhood, his dignity or his savings account?

The answer, after a quick recap around the situation is: all of the above.

Wingdings understand the concept of dignity...? That's like a chimp that appreciates class. [/Just never going to happen]

Yes, I know I'm double-posting. Get over it.

I'm not saying it's going to happen this year (HELL NO!) or next year (possibly), but I'm starting to look at a trip over the pond. So I want a few ideas. Where to go, what to do, where to stay, what to avoid. So Tom, Wingy, and Rob, give me a few ideas... I do know I'd like to hit London, and we'd have to see Ireland. I'd like to do Germany, but my German is quite rusty, and I don't think we'll be able to do over a week, and that would be pushing it as far as time goes...

(AV, I didn't mean to leave you out of that. Mac, I see you over there too, but I'm not sure about a trip to the mainland. Depends on how long we stay.)
Tom, I like the Amsterdam idea, but we'd likely have our little one with us... Unless we can pawn her off on grandma for a week, but I think she'd enjoy the trip!

Ughhh.. Well, tell you what... You drink at your rate, I'll drink at mine, and I'll meet you at the intersection of Drunken and Idiot! :o

Pissing in the tunnel does sound like fun, and if I'm drinking beer, it'll prolly be 3 or 4 pee stops in the tunnel.
