Hi, My laptop is running office outlook 2003, but my iPaQ
came with 2002...I am having big troubles...can anyone
help?

I had the same with a hx4700. In the end, I uninstalled 2002 from both, and
re-installed 2003 & all was ok.

the ipaq should sync without issues to Outlook 2003 that you have on the PC.

Can you post the specifics of your problems as they are normally with
Activesync and not outlook.
