Missing Pin

I just got all the component for my first build in the mail, and I'm sitting here putting it together when I notice that there is a pin missing from the ATX connector. There isn't a wire with a missing pin so it isnt like it got ripped from the wire or anything. Is this supposed to be like that or do I have a problem?

Yes it is normal for pin 20 to be empty.

Do you guys have a good website that shows how to put the whole pc together so I can finish and make sure everything is right?

Ok, as far as I can tell, I've got everything plugged in. The only problem is I've used all my power cords that came with the power supply and I still have a few power connectors that need to be hooked up to the power supply. On the fans there are 2 connectors, on with pins that sick out and one with a reciever pin. Do both of these need to be connected to the power supply or only one of them?

another question. I have a connector that goes from my power supply to one of the fan connectors. Then from the other fan connector I have an extension which attaches to my hard drive and another fan. Will that work?
