greetings,

i have a user that has a zip drive that is accessed during a nightly
processing routine. a program dials into her machine, pulls data,
manipulates data and then submits data back to her machine. next, it
will back the data up to the zip drive. she has been having problems
for a while, where when she arrives in the morning, she has a question
at a command prompt that has to be answered before the processing has
been completed. And the million dollar question is 'can we overwrite
the files on the disk?'. i'm not allowed to give her local
administrator authority (which the problem DOESN'T occur when given
administrator privileges), so i'm trying to find another way...any
suggestions are appreciated.
