Floppy Disk Saving

Hi
I've just installed the latest security updates and this seems to have
caused problems with the floppy disk drives. I can open a document from the
floppy, but as soon as it tries to save it back, the PC crashes. This occurs
in both the A: drive, and on an external USB floppy, as well as any profile.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

This is a known issue with the Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack
4 (KB 891861). Microsoft Product Support Services is aware of the issue and
does have a fix available but you have to open a web incident or call to get
an updated fastfat.sys.

The solution for this issue is an hotfix (904368).
Contact Microsoft to obtain the hotfix.
