Weird buzzing from motherboard

Okay so heres my problem, a few days ago I've been getting a weird buzzing noise from either my PSU or motherboard, its not loud but enough to annoy me.

It happens when either : I'm moving my mouse or when Chrome browser is running.

I have a Gigabyte X58-UD5 motherboard, an Antec 750watt PSU, core i7 920 at stock speeds, 8gb of consair RAM and a 5870 if it helps.

Are you sure it's not your harddrive? They use to "buzz"
My second guess is a defect fan, open the case and check exactly what makes the noise.
