I have restored my laptop to factory settings and its not working now

Hello,
any help ive restored my acer aspire 5920 with factoty restore via alt f10 now my laptop wont open the desktop it just gets that far and has a blank screen any ideas or help will be most grateful

Maybe it formated. It means it deleted everything on the harddrive, including Windows.
If so, install a new operative system.
