Here's a link to the Sticky Post on how to find and change your wireless security details. This only works if you're able to get close to the router and cable to it and that's because we will not help someone access another person's network.

Saga, he/she lost their Steam logins, not their wireless passphrase

Contact Steam support, they're the only ones who can do anything about it.
