Well here are the specs...

Intel Core2 Duo E6600 @ 2.4Ghz
1GB Cosair XMS2 6400 @ 800Mhz
Some Western Digital Hard Disk 300GB running 3.0/s - 7200 RPM

This hard drive runs low as shit, so i was wondering if ne of you guys know about ne good fast hard drive i could buy.

If you install the IDE/SATA/RAID chipset drivers and run Western Digital DLG on the drive, I think you'll either cure, or find, your performance problem.

And if for some reason that doesn't pinpoint the location of the problem, pick up a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA

Try Data Lifeguard Tools or Diagnosis. I know that WD offers 3 or 5 year warranty.
