P5W DH Deluxe - 1 long and 3 short beeps

I am currently waiting for my video and sound card to arrive, but would like to know if you help me with my partial build.

Currently when I boot up I hear 1 long beep followed by three short beeps, which I've read is an error in the RAM.

Currently Installed Parts:
ASUS P5W DH DELUXE
E6400
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB
LITE-ON DVD
320GB SATA Seagate

Do you think this is enough to start trouble shooting?

P.S. Before I attached the DVD/Hard Drive I heard 2 long beeps and 4 short beeps

I can't see a great deal of point trying a partial build. Wait until it all arrives because you'll get a graphics error without the GPU attached.

If it is a RAM issue (google for 'beep codes' to confirm this), then try the sticks individually in various slots.
