pwr led flashing

i have an a7n8x mb with a radeon 9800 pro video card. this system has ran great up till yesterday. upon doing a restart, the pwr led starts flashing and a message that my power cord to my 9800 card is unplugged (which it is not). if i power down and reboot the pc works fine except the pwr led still flashes. HELP

I replaced the psu with an extra i had and the problem is gone. i have a athlon fx57 pc that i just finished building. it is due to replace my xp3000 just as soon as vista arrives so i was trying to milk it out till then.
what psu do you recommend for my new system?
