W200 Server odd problems freezes

Hi all

I have a W2000 server runnin TSE office and a bunch of other apps. All was
going fine till last week. Its got all the latest SP's etc

When i open IE the program opens and then just sits there same with outlook
express (although it responds after about 10min) task manager says "not
responding" Also when i click on the recyle bin in explorer that also freezes
and I have to end task
Any help or pointers would be really great

Hi Andrew,

If you have an APC ups on the server in question or other java components
look at the win2ksp4 thread (5 below this one). I had similar issues to you
on two servers and this fixed things.

It seems unlikely until you try it and it works. Worth a read.
