I have a OSX mountain lion ISO file, and i need to somehow install it on my second drive. Can you guys help me out?

Solution
You don't need the .iso file. Just follow this procedure:

1. Use Carbon Copy Cloner to make a bootable copy of your current OS X version on your second drive.

2. Boot from the second drive. (Hold down the option key whilst booting to select the boot drive.)

3. Open App Store and select Mountain Lion to install. As you have already purchased the software you will not be charged again.

4. Go and have a cup of coffee whilst the OS installs.
