SLI or DX10 card?

Allright, right now i have a BFG 7900gt OC in my System. I've bee looking to upgrade for a while and i want to know what would be a smarter, longer lasting idea. To sell my current card and buy a DX10 card. or drop 250$ on another 7900gt. Which would yield better results graphiclly? and which would be more future proof?

A single 8800GTS will kill two 7900GTs. Not worth SLI'ing IMO.

Also, try waiting couple of months for R600, and decide if you want to upgrade, because the 7900GT is still a good card.

Not to mention the upgrade in image quality you would get from a GTS and DX10 support. SLi is a kind of marketing ploy. I can only think of a few uses for SLi. I am excited for SLi physics though (if it ever gets past the drawing board ).

No brainer man... 8800 GTS. It's going for around $400 average now.

Dont go SLI now, is a bad moment. Either get an 8800 or just keep your card.
