You'll probably have to disable "Wake on LAN"

The computer will wake if it detects internet activity. This can cause serious problem if you computer wakes while in a case (overheating).

website below will tell you how to disable it. it's for Vista, but it's the same for Win7.

Anything automated could cause this aswell. If you have any disk cleanups/defrags scheduled overnight when they are due to run your computer will start up again (from hibernate)

Open Task manager and check processes and network tabs and this should get you to the root of the problem.
