Well. I'm on kind of a budget. But not too short in cash [$850] and I just wanted to get some reviews on the PC I'm thinking of building.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 [Looking to overclock just a little]

JetWay 775GT1-LOGE ATX Motherboard

eVGA GeForce 7900GT GFX Card

Corsair XMS 1GB DDR2 675 RAM

Seagate Barracuda 160GB 8MB 7200RPM

Lite-On Black DVD-/+RW Drive

Apevia Chameleon 500W PSU [For effect in my case. =D]

Sunbeam Transformer ATX Computer Case with side panel view

Most of the things mentioned here I'm fine with but what I'm concerned about is: JetWay 775GT1-LOGE Motherboard... Doesn't look bad. But only 2 reviews but both with 5/5 ratings.
If a new motherboard is recommended then it has to be full ATX, LGA775 Socket with full C2D support, DDR2 667 or above RAM, SLI ready, under $120 bucks. With a link. Preferrably newegg.com.

=D.

Thanks in advanced.

UPDATE:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 [Looking to overclock just a little]
$181
ASUS P5B ATX Intel Motherboard
$130
eVGA GeForce 7900GT GFX Card
$200
Corsair XMS 1GB DDR2 675 RAM
$110
Seagate Barracuda 160GB 8MB 7200RPM
$60
Lite-On Black DVD-/+RW Drive
$25
HIPER HPU-4K580-MS 580W Power Supply
$85
Sunbeam Transformer ATX Computer Case with side panel view

Woot, except for the PSU.
Check out this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103937

Now even though the rating is 4 eggs, it has 405 ratings, conmpared to the other one.

Well. Ever so recently the SmartPower series has been getting bad reviews like if you read all the reviews and choose the last 2 weeks tab there are more 2 and 1 egg reviews. Oh no?
What about this.

Enermax 485W PSU-$80
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817194009

It has 22A on the 12V rails.
