My 8800GTS Underclocked?

Hey guys.

I recently purchased a...well i'll give you a link:

I have used a number of different programs, and my GPU is indeed running at its intended 550mhz, however the memory is only running at 900, this is substantially lower than that of what it should.

Can anyone help me? is it misbehaving or am i being dumb?

1800MHz is the effective speed of the memory. Because it is DDR RAM, or Double Data Rate, you are seeing the single rate.

In any case, this is correct.
