Test USB vs PCI vs PCIe wireless network cards

people keep asking which one is faster, better signal reception, and has the lowest latency

I would agree that this is an excellent idea and would probably be worth revisiting when USB3 Wireless AC dongles are in the wild (USB3 dongles vs USB2 and PCI/PCIe cards).

What I would be particularly interested in would be any variations in Peak and Sustained transfer speeds along with any increased latency.
For signal testing, I am assuming that a PCI/PCIe card would always win with replaceable/aimable antenna, but a quick check that signal reception is 'good enough' would defiantly be worthwhile.
