The advantage to the nvidia is that you are not using the system memory for video memory. I am not sure how old the nvidia card is but if it is before 2001 I would go with the onboard.

Probably the builtin, but get yourself a standalone graphics card ASAP. ATI X1300XT's run for less that $100 and really aren't that bad for games.

Maybe I'll get a new one for the next comp... I don't play games on this one...plus there is no PCI-E slots on the mobo...and its not really worth buying an AGP right now.
