How to move Windows 2000/2003 to another hardware

I would like to know how can I move the Windows 2000/2003 server image (like
Ghost) from a machine to another.
Can anyone help me?

There seems to be no 2003 kb article but i think those 2 will help
though. Anyway I guess its not recommended
