Internal HD Mounting.

I have just built a system and mistakenly installed them upside down in the case. They appear to work OK (I only found out later that I had done this- having the PSU at the bottom of the case when I expected it to be at the top). By "upside down" I mean that exposed PCB is facing upwards.
Is theer any long term issues in leaving them like this- ?

Doesn't matter which way they are installed as long as they are secure and dont vibrate. Upside down or standing on end, won't hurt anything.
