Low speed fans

Well I got these new low speed fans because my others were super loud and now my cpu runs at a bout 39-40c idle compared to about 32c as before. Do you think that this is that bad? E6300 is what it is.

Idle is fine.

What's the temp at full load? What are you using to get to full load? (TAT, Orthos, Prime95?) Finally, what are you using to monitor temps? (BIOS, CoreTemp, TAT, SPeedFan, etc...)

Trade off in loud high speed fans vs quiet low speed fans is the cooling power. More airflow generally means better cooling, but more noise, and less airflow means less cooling, but quieter.

Quite the tradeoff.

One reason I switched to water cooling.
