We have bout 15 servers. All but 3 are Wink2k Server. The rest are NT
servers. Is it possible to schedule a defrag operation to run at a specified
time, using the built in Windows Disk Defragmenter app?

Thanks

Hi,

AutoDeFrag is a free command line based wrapper of the Win2k defrag
command:

Thanks for the tip.

I tried using 'AutoDefrag' on one of my Windows 2000 Server Domain
Controllers, and both times I tried it caused a hard lock.

So I shan't be trying that anymore needless to say.

Any other ideas?
