Why anyone would need these drinks is beyond me you know, can't be good for you. No doubt a diet change would provide whatever energy you need rather than a caffeine high.

These drinks are horrible for your health! The sad thing is, is that there are so many people addicted to these things because they give you a sugar rush. And you have to get used to the taste as well... At first they taste horrid..

what most people dont understand is that 'energy' drinks dont give you energy.

the caffeine stops you from feeling tired, but all the while you are getting more tired, once the caffeine wears off you feel worse than before and feel like you need another one, which again stops you from feeling tired all the while your getting worse.

Yes a Ritalin, Redbull and Vivarin cocktail is much more affective. Tried this driving from Vegas to So. Cali and for about 30 minutes i couldn't feel my fingers. Good times.

Here's a good one - a TVR.

Two fingers Tequila, two fingers Vodka, fill the rest of the glass with Red Bull. Make sure the glass can hold at least a full can of Red Bull. You can - presumably - use other energy drinks too, but experimentation with Power Play, M-150, and one or two others resulted in similar drinks with wildly different tastes - the Power Play variant is known as a 'Devil's Urine', for example.

If you like, you can drive a Tuscan afterwards...
