Hi
I have heard some discussion about the XP recovery console. I know nothing
about this and I hope that I never need to use it, but I would appreciate
some information about what it is, what it is used for, and how to use it.

Hi Doug
The Recovery Console is used for troubleshooting XP. Open Help and Support
and search for
recovery console
You'll find a fair amount of info. on the Recovery Console in there.
