Im building a new computer and I just ordered

SAPPHIRE 100176L Radeon X1950PRO 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card

from newegg.

SOmeone said I need a 550w power supply with "at least 30 Amps on the 12v rail of your power supply" Im not sure what that means.

Im looking to spend 50-$60 on a power supply.

Can someone recomend one please?

Thanks!

An X1950 PRO would work on a name-brand 450w with 20+ amps on the 12v rail pretty easily I reckon.

But more is always better. Make sure it's a good reliable name brand and not some generic crap. A reputble 400w is better than a no-name 550w, in my experience...
