IMO, Sygate Personal Firewall (SPF) is far and away the best freeware
firewall. I had nothing but trouble with various versions of ZA.

AVG Antivirus and Sygate Personal Firewall. I've been using both for more
than a year. Good performance, no problems. AVG is updated daily.
