Makeing some upgrades

Hi everyone i am getting ready to do some upgradeing but i am on a budget as of right now i Have a P4 530 3.0Ghz Processor. I want to get a new mobo that has PCI express x16 on it. Could some one please suggest a few mother boards i can can use with this CPU. If not i was planning on upgradeing to this

What memory does your current motherboard use, DDR or DDR2? Hopefully you already have DDR2 DRAM.

Here's a prediction: you will be told to dump your current processor and get a Core 2 Duo CPU. However, it sounds like you have limited funds and at this point can only afford a new motherboard (and maybe a new video card? Wasn't clear what you are trying to do and what parts you already have).

If that is the case, try to get a motherboard that will also support Core 2 Duo as well as your current processor. My guess is that since your current processor is LGA775 it will also work in any Core 2 Duo motherboard. And if you go with a C2D compatible motherboard that means you can in the (hopefully near) future dump your space heater Pentium 4 and replace it with a much faster C2D.
