DDR2 Frequency

Hey Everyone,

Here are my machine stats:

Core 2 Duo E6600
Asus P5B Deluxe
Corsair XMS2 DDR2 6400 CM2x 1024
Geforce 8800 GTS

I downloaded CPU-Z to see what my computer stats are and I found the following thing interesting. Under the memory tab under timings my memory frequency is listed around 400 MHZ. Is that normal? I though that my memory frequency is supposed to be at 800? Is there something I need to fix to make it run at 800MHZ. I included the screen of the progam below. Thank you in advance.

the memory is ddr2 so 400mhz is correct. as its double data rate, the freq shown in cpu-z is correct but in practice its 800
