Just put together first build! A few questions...

Hey, I just put my first build together, started up first try! Anyways, I ended up getting a Thermalright CPU heatsink that was incompatible with my motherboard, so I ended up just using the stock Intel heatsink and fan. I installed some temperature monitoring programs, and it looks like my CPU might be running a little hot (Idle)

My case has a 120mm and 90mm rear fans, 90mm top fan, 120mm front fan...shouldn't my system be cooler? I hope to replace my CPU heatsink and fan in the future with a correct aftermarket one because I want to overclock my E6400 to around 3GHz

Core Temp says:

Tjunction: 85 C
Core1: 44 C
Core2: 42 C

SpeedFan Says:

System: 47 C
CPU: 48 C
AUX: constantly switching between temps, no idea what this is measuring
HD0: 29 C

Also, since the idle temp seems high, should I even attempt playing games?

Ok, I played Counter-strike source for a little bit and the CPU temp never went about 49C. So what temps should throw a flag for my processor?
