Ok i will be upgradeing to this sort of spec:

e6300 maybe e6400
Un-decided on motherboard, reccomendations would be great around £60-90
256mb X1950PRO
1GB DDR2 RAM, Geil or corsair.

At the moment i have this PSU:
http://www.microdirect.co.uk/ProductInfo.aspx?ProductID=11880&GroupID=509

Will that be able to run that system without risk of blowing up on me? If i was going to overclock i would deff upgrade the PSU. Not overclocking atm.

Thx in advance.

A quick run through the psu calc gives just over 230w max so you are good to go. That TT/TR2 OEM is ChannelWell and it's dual-rail so how bad could it be, I have used them when the price is right.

For the mobo I have used the Gigabyte 965p-ds3 it is a decent performing board if you are going to OC.
