Gigabyte GA-G1975X will not boot up

Does anyone know why a Gigabyte Ga-G1975X would hang on startup and not go into boot up? Is there any solution? The board powers all the fans but will not start bootup and go into CMOS. Any help out there please?

All connectors are plugged in securely but still no beeps and no video. The MB starts and all fans work. I even have a pump for the water cooling block and it powers up but no bootup. I am really stumped?

Thanks for the tip. I have an Antec 450 Watt with those specs but does not fit, so off to bed I go and I will get a new PSU in the AM. Thank you very much!!!
