We just got Comcast's box and two of our televisions have been destroyed! The installer told us not to push the all on all off button we didn't but still two of our televisions were just destroyed!

If I'm not mistaken, I think Comcast has already been reported of reputation for poor costumer satisfaction.
But for now they're making on a hit again and resolved the mistakes they have done before. They learned from what the negligence they have done before.
