Garmin has one (www.garmin.com), but another alternative would be to have a
PPC with Bluetooth and get a bluetooth unit. Several are available, such as
Tom-Tom, Navman, etc.

The Mio168's are probably the cheapest integrated GPS/PDA's but you need to
factor in the cost of software on top.
