Zipzoomfly has the Crucial 2x1GB Ballistix pc2-6400 4-4-4-12 BL2KIT12864AA804 modules for $245 after rebate. As far as I can tell, these still have Micron D9s in them, making the price pretty good in view of the overclocking potential. (Crucial is affiliated with Micron, though they still occasionally use other chips) Newegg has the same modules for $290 + shipping.

Crucial isn't affiliated with Micron they're owned by them. So is Rendition. I know this is an old post but I thought it warranted some clarification.
