the label on the side of the PSU says the +12v rail is rated for 34A. Here are the rest of my specs:

Pentium 4 3.2 GHz (w/ HT)
Asus P5RD1-V Motherboard
Geil 2GB DDR (PC3200) RAM
Soundblaster Audigy
80GB Serial ATA HDD

What do you guys think?

34 on 12v should be 408 watts at 100% effeciency. so ~ 350watts at normal efficiency, correct? I would say you shouldn't have a problem assuming its a quality PSU.

You only need 24 amps on the 12v rails for that system plus 2-4 for safety equals 28 amps.
You have a lot power. Good for next computer too.
