Help with Case fans on Lian-Li PC-60PlusII

Just bought a PC-60PlusII and when it got to my house I noticed that the fan in the back is an intake fan and the top fan is exhaust. I also bought a Scythe Infinity CPU cooler and I had planned on blowing the air out the back of the case, however, seeing as the fan in the back of the case blows the opposite direction I have a little problem. Should I turn the fan on the top and the back around so the back is exhaust and the top is intake or just turn the Scythe Infinity a different direction and blow the air forward?
