I just encountered a serious problem here. In the BIOS of the 9754XBX i set the front side bus frequency override to 1333.
Now when i boot my comp, it starts up, but the screen stays black. It doesn't even boot into the bios. Seems normal, so I assume 1333 doesn't work, like many other settings. When I put the cmos jumper on config mode and reboot, the same happens?? Normally the board will always boot into configuration mode, but now it doesn't???? Just black screen.
When trying to flash the bios by removing the jumper(recovery mode) it doesnt read the floppy disk nor the cd with the bio file. The comp just starts running and does nothing. I don't see any way to boot now?!
I have NO clue what to do now. Can anyone help....? PLEASE, i'm so screwed :/
latest bios version (1474 i think) and core 2 duo e6600.
Where the hell is the clear CMOS jumper on this thing? I can only find the BIOS jumper ...
