 So I bought an Enermax Noisetaker II http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817194009 and a Leadtek 7600GT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814122009 for my Compaq Presario P8656T 3Ghz computer with a P4SD-LE motherboard in hopes of replacing my Geforce FX5200 AGP card. I was afraid that my old PSU (HIPRO HP-D3057F3R) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817174026 would not be capable of powering the new video card safely.

The problem I know face, is that after installing my new psu, my computer does not work. The computer turns on, the fans on my mobo and powersupply work, but my monitor is not receiving a feed. Just a reminder that I did not yet install my new video card, the old one is still in it at this time. So I go to trouble shoot and reinstall my old psu to make sure I did not damage any connectors, the computer works fine with the old psu. Do you guys think that I can run my new vid card from the old psu while I RMA the new PSU and get another?

Sorry.

It must be the enermax psu, as you stated before. As for running that card and a 3ghz (P4 I assume?) on a 300 watt no-brand PSU, I wouldn't suggest it.

Best of Luck

That's like telling me I can have a cake, but not eat it. *sigh* Well this kind of sucks. I have heard good things about newegg but on my first purchase from them, one out of the two items does not work. Oh well, live and learn.
