After setting up my email accounts and sorting out the smtp ip
addresses I can now send & receive mails, but some get returned to me
with the following message;
Your message 'subject' was not sent and has been moved to the Drafts
folder.
The following recipients are invalid:
Address list....
Anyone point out what I'm doing wrong?
Also; any way of making inbox check all mail accounts for mail. I have
set up each account to check every 30mins, but the only account that
checks is the one I used last (dose that make sense?)

This usually means that the recipients of your message are not found. It is
a response from your SMTP server, so you are managing to get to it. I would
say that the email addresses are invalid.
Another possibility is that your email outgoing server requires
authentication in some cases. For doing that, go to the definitions of your
account, go to page 4/4, press the options button, and in page 1 or 2 (I
don't remember exactly) check the box for "Outgoing server requires
authentication".
