Dual channel question

:?: Hi currently using Intel DG965WH board W/E6600,I have a Kingston 1GB 800MHz kit(2 x 512MB)in slots 1 and 3 running in dual channel mode,if I populate slots 2 and 4 with another kit(same as 1st)will I lose dual channel functionality?Any thoughts appreciated.

It appears dual channel with 4 sticks will work, but you had better read this technical specifications document thoroughly because there are a lot of requirements as to type of memory:

Thanks for the info Bob,I,m also from Ottawa,my RAM is on Intels qualifing vendor list so compatability should not be an issue.
