hard drive limit with win2000

i have slipsteamed win2000 with sp4, i had sata problem that is now fixed.
win2000 now shows 138gb max on a 200gb drive, i am doing fresh install. ? is,
if i partition drive and not create second partition just first partition
will i be able to recover whole drive after doinng registry fix?
