I know there is a file out in the Network but I don't know where. When I do a
general search, I cannot search the entire network...the search utility
forces you to pick a particular location within the network.

Is there any way to search the entire network for a folder or file name???

Let me know....

Thanks!

Select "Browse" at the bottom of where to search.

But it will not allow me to "Ok" when I highlight "My Network Places". It's
almost like it's too broad of a search.

In that case you may have a problem with unavailable connections. You
can't search "disconnected" resources.
