I've tried everything to uninstall my current network card but I keep getting a message saying that the system may need this to reboot. Is there a solution to this nightmare. Can anyone help me with this?

Is this onboard or add-on card ? If its add-on what happens if you remove the card and reboot?
Check your bios and make sure that you dont have a pxe boot option selected.
