On my last Furturemark 3dmark06 test at 1024 x 1028 resulution the result was around 4400, i cant remem the exact result as i dont know how to view past scores.

my pc is

amd 64 4200x2 dule core
1gb ddr2 400 Kingston Ram
1x 80gb seagate sata
1x 200gb Western Union 7200rpm sata hdd
Saphire x1950pro 256 mb

if i overclock will i get a much better score and performance? and if anyone has simular specs what are your 3dmark06 scores

This should help, but you really shouldn't worry yourself with those pointless benchies. It's in-game performance that really matters. If you're happy with that, then just be happy. :wink:

something is rotten in denmark! i have a 1950pro x2 6000+ @3ghz and get 5018. one other guy in the forums gets 6600 with a 1950pro and a x2 4000 @3.1ghz. now i know that 3d mark is not the end-all benchmark but, come on

5300 or something with a E6600 and a x1950 pro

but really....as long as ur games run well....dont worry about 3dmark.

You'll be suffering because of that CPU and lower amount of memory - 3D Mark06 scores are very CPU + memory dependant compared to previous versions.

I find this funny, but since when does Western Union make hard drives? Anyway, if anything, upgrade the RAM first.
