Hi I think I have finally decided on the parts im going to buy after much reading of the threads on this forum. Thanks for all the great advice. Just wondering if you guys could give it the once over and see what you think. If you think I should change anything please let me know and why.

All this is going in my old Lian Li PC-60 case im a little worried the Tuniq tower wont fit but ppl have told me it should fit any standard midi tower case. Do you think it will all fit in ok ?

get 2 gigs of cas4 800MHz corsair ram from scan, its alot cheaper.

I did think about getting 2 gigs of corsair but i was put off when i read that they use promos ic's which do not over clock as well as the micron ic's that the crucial ram uses.

Looks very good so far. What are your goals?

It's plausible to hit 3.2 ghz or so on a 6400 with DDR 667 though. You could get 2x Crucial DDR667, still reach 3.2 ghz and use the extra money on a better GPU.

My goals I am not too sure about I just want to get as much as I can out of this system. I guess at a minimum i'll be aiming for 3.2. I dont want to look back in a few months time and wish that id bought better ram cos the cheaper stuff might hold me back. Afterall the crucial ballistix is only an extra £25 ish.

I know the GPU is a little weak but I intend to buy an ati dx10 card in the near future so I just wanted to get something to tide me over until then.

its £10 more im already a little over budget wanted to stay close to £700 its already on £721.20 better not go any higher the Mrs would kill me How much better is it ? Is it worth the extra £10 ?
