Is Dual channel worth it for non-gamers ?

My CPU/Mobo supports Dual Channel mode, however I am not a gamer. Is it worth it to enable dual-channel mode, even though I don't play games on my PC ?

Dual channel mode is not normally something you can enable or disable. If your MB is dual-channel capable, and the memory is appropriately arranged in the two channels, the MB will automatically use dual-channel mode to access the memory.
