You might want to say that most hosts can't guarantee 100% uptime. Some go to great lengths to do just that, but you end up paying hundreds or thousands of dollars a month for it.

Also, it would be helpful if you included info regarding features to look for I.E. database support, number of e-mail accounts, e-mail lists, scripting languages, prebuilt tools such as forums, guestbooks, etc. For instance, someone wanting to run a shopping cart on their website will need to make sure it support the scripting language the cart is written in, plus it will also need to support a suitable database.
